Regardless of the theologically dubious positions he took at the end of his life, I always love hearing Tertullian’s biting wit. Happy Easter and keep up the good work!
Insane to think the Cur Deus Homo episode was that long ago. Listened about a dozen times, and finally bought the book this Lent. More episodes like this and that one are always welcome. Just make sure Rhodie is brought on
Lost my dad recently and have been struggling thinking about what a soul could possibly experience without a body, how the body could seem so insignificant as it turns to dust, and my own fears of dying. I tried drawing close to God this Easter in response but it felt like huge cope. This episode actual did comfort me and answer some of my questions. Thanks NightmareVision for doing these
"Carthage if you guys didn't know" Dear God, how retarded are my fellow listeners?
Great episode NMV, I had a good bit that only a new NMV solo episode would bring peace to the middle east but I didn't post it in time, alas.
If you wouldn't mind enlightening me; I'm curious how this interacts with the dissolution of marriage upon resurrection, would the two bodies remarry? commit new vows? relatedly is this going to be my body in its best version ever?
And then this also does give me a funny vibe with old people who do have this baseline view of Heaven in the clouds with people walking around a resort or similar.
You should do 5 minute Moldovan episodes on the same topic where he gets to read the overview and uses his intuition to explain it without reading any of the things you discuss
Happy Easter Nightmare Vision

Post the Dan Schneider episode
Lol that WAS the scheider episode.
A tragedy that the ObamaDSA Pope won’t make the first MGTOW church fathers a saint (SMDH)
So much better than night owls
